Short Term Rental rates – Edith & Ernest O’Neill
Slow Season rates – $150 5th January to 15th March
20th April to 30th May
14th September to 23rd November
1st December to 19th December
Mid Season rates – $180 6th April to 19th April
1st June to 2nd July
6th July to 13th September
Peak Season rates – $200 16th March to 5th April
3rd to 5th July
24th to 30th November
20th December to 4th January
The above rates are nightly rates and are inclusive of tax.
There is a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights, and for those bookings of 6 nights or less an $85 cleaning fee will apply.
DISCOUNTS APPLY:
(1) If booking for 7 nights, a 15% discount is applied to the 7 nights.
(2) If booking for 14 nights, a 20% discount is applied to the 14 nights.
Last Minute Bookings: If the home is available and you are booking within 14 days of arrival a 10% discount will apply to your booking.
NEW HOME PROMOTION:
***This is a new home and we would like to offer for a limited time only a $10 off the nightly rates***
(This applies to all bookings with arrivals up to 1st June ’09). Discounts & promotion does not apply to bookings for the Peak Season rates.
Example of promotion & discounts applied - a booking from 20th April to 3rd May = [14 nights (slow season) x $140 (normal rate of $150 less $10 promotional rate)] less 20% discount = $1,568. Now if you had decided to book a holiday last minute, the home was available and you booked on 15th April you would pay $1,411.20 .
